Coldwell Banker Real Estate. I've been in Real Estate and Construction for the past 32 Years. I have improved my income each of the last two years. For the previous seven years I was with CENTURY 21. Previously, I worked at Jonelle Real Estate where I was awarded the DIAMOND AWARD from WPMLS. In 2003 and 2004 I received the CENTURION AWARD, in 2005 and 2006 the Diamond Award from Century 21. This means that I completed the past four years in the top 4% of the country at Century 21. I have been in the TOP 21 @ Century 21 in Westchester and Putnam Counties for the last six years.

While attending a ten-week program given by the FLOYD WICKMAN GROUP, I was the only agent out of 70 agents competing who achieved the goal of at least one listing a week during the ten week period. For that I received the ON TRACK AWARD, I also received TOP PRODUCER, TOP LISTER and TOP OVERALL PRODUCER AWARDS for the FLOYD WICKMAN COURSE.

I've been married to my wife, Theresa, for 31 years. Theresa works at Amscan Inc. located in Elmsford for the past 11 years as a Party Sales Administrator. We have three daughters. Sabrina graduated from Fordham University, lives in Brooklyn and works for ABC radio. Sarina graduated from The University of Tampa with a degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry. She works for the Westchester County Board of Health and still owns her own home in Brandon, FL. My youngest, Salina just finished her fourth semester making the Deans List (St. Rose University) with a 4.0 (4th 1/4)and made deans list all three semesters at Wagner College. She has transferred to Saint Rose and is continuing her studies in psychology. She is working for the summer at the West Point Academy.
