When you do you tax return you will need to fill out the form known as IRS Form 5405 to determine what you qualify for. Then on your 1040 Tax form, line 69, you need to put the amount from form 5405. No other forms are required, and no pre-approval necessary, The only other requirement is you need to be under the income requirements.
